Refunds apply only to cases that remain unsuccessful after 5 complete reinstatement attempts, provided all requested information and documents were correctly submitted by the client as per our plan of action.

Refund eligibility begins only after full cooperation and document submission from the client’s side.

2. Refund Request Process

Timeline: Refund requests must be initiated through email or our whatsapp group within 30 days of the final reinstatement attempt.

Processing: Once the refund request is approved, our team will refund the amount to the client in 5 to 7 working days.

Conditions: Refunds are only applicable if AAR Services fails to deliver the promised service outcome after 5 attempts.

3. Service-Specific Refund Terms

Account Reinstatement full Package is eligible for up to a 60% refund if our reinstatement team is not achieved after 5 valid and appeal submissions.

4. Important Notes

Partial or full refunds are issued only after internal review and confirmation that all service steps were completed as promised.

Refund requests made beyond the 30-day period are not eligible.
