  • Ability to follow policy, not work around it

Our Hiring Process

We keep the process simple and practical.

First, we review your background and past experience. If it looks relevant, we move to a conversation focused on Amazon work, not general interviews.

Next, we may ask you to review a case or explain how you would approach a suspension. This helps us understand how you think.

If it’s a good fit, onboarding and internal training follow. We do not rush this stage. Getting it right matters.

Our team supports sellers from different regions, but our operations are tied to the United States.

Some roles are remote. Others may involve fixed hours or closer coordination. This depends on the position and workload.
